Firekracker 5k!
Hey Everyone in the Fort Collins Area in this competition!! Here is a great way to get in some exercise! On July 4th at 8:00am there is a 5k race around city park. Come out, I will be there, and have fun and enjoy the beautiful day! You can sign up for this race at foot of the rockies, and if you go to their online site it has a link to where you can sign up online. Strollers are allowed! And you get a free T-shirt out of it, along with the pride of finishing a race. Let's start our 4th of July off on the right foot!

I know sometimes i don't check previous blogs but wanted you to know i commented on your last. :0) Hope you ahve fun running on the 4th. sounds like a great idea.
