So now I am really frustrated. All this week that I have been gone doing FS work I have only eaten great and yes Kari, I left out all the dairy and milk, like less then 1/4 cup of milk a day! And I have yet to loose weight! All I ate this week was my lean crunch, bananas, peaches, carrots, apples, chicken, brown rice, green beans with the juices dumped out and cooked in water.. ALL HEALTHY stuff! And I just cant seem to loose! :(
Sometimes changes take a little longer to take hold in your body. Remember we are correcting years of damage. It's not going to start fixing itself overnight. Keep pushing thru. Also you might want to add in more fiber enriched foods or suppliments. If you aren't going regularly you could be "weighing" more due to not getting rid of waste normally. That means you have more time to absorb those calories and the scale won't move.

ReplyDeleteAre you drinking plenty of water? You sound like you are eating the right things...maybe more leafy greens? I think you will start seeing results very soon as long as you continue eating right and drinking lots of water. Hang in there!
