Wew. I am done with the Forest service work, I loved it but almost struggled to keep up with eating right. So now I have a sprained ankle, as well as strained muscles in my arm. All on the same side. So now I am at a loss of what I can do for exercise because I start my final year of undergrad on monday, and I used to work out every morning. I feel like I cant lift weights yet with my arm and my ankle cant really do the elliptical. Boo.. I need to get them better so if anyone has any exercises for either an arm or an ankle PLEASE let me know!!

  1. There is always swimming. Pilates can be good too if you let your teacher know your limits or do a bunch of core work. Just keep moving.
